((Not sure how long it’ll be after the surgery before I can draw again. It was painful as hell the last time I had it done, so I’ll make a guess that at least a week or two after I have the csection before I’m not too sore to lean over enough to see what I’m doing. But yeah, I’ll be having the baby on the 23rd if I don’t go into labor before then. Wish me luck cuz I’m scared to death!))

((Past couple of weeks have been rough on me being as heavily pregnant as I am. I finally felt up to drawing tonight and got set to go by putting my sketchbook in my lap and what not like I usually do when I start sketching. Then tried leaning forward so I could see what I was doing and literally could not go any further than an inch. This kid’s butt is blocking my ribcage from leaning forward! (Bolded for emphasis on how annoying this is!) I tried setting my sketch book on my lap desk that I have but it still wasn’t enough for me to be able to lean as far forward as I needed. My desk doesn’t have room on top but even if it did I’d still have to lean forward since I don’t have a space under it for my feet. Which would mean even if I did finish a sketch I couldn’t draw it digitally until this kid gets the hell out of my belly.

My due date is May 28th, but I’m HOPING to go into labor sooner so I can get back to finishing up the story here. Might end up getting a csection though(long story) so it might be anywhere from a week to three weeks til I have this baby(I am 38 weeks along on Tuesday).

This sucks because I really had an itch to draw tonight. Got inspired by the song Soldiers by Otherwise. At least my husband finds it amusing. He’s sitting over there at his desk laughing at me as I’m trying all these awkward positions to draw. :P Just wish me luck on this kid coming sooner rather than later. Send the baby good gtfo vibes for me! >.<;;))

The past week or two my back has been aching so bad I have a hard time finding a comfortable position. This means I’m constantly changing positions and rarely am…

I’m taking sketch commissions. These will be done on paper(since I sketch better on paper) and will have the rough lines like the above pic. Then it’ll be scanned. Why only sketches? Time constraints, I’ll be able to do these within a reasonable amount of time and you won’t have to wait long for me to finish it.

I’m hoping to raise $40 to help me pay off the last item I needed for the baby(a jogging stroller, probably more for me than baby since I need to get back on track weight wise once he’s here). I already purchased it on credit, but the bill is due April 5th.

Sketches will be $2 each, an extra $0.50 per character. If you want to pay more, that would be awesome and really appreciated, but this is all I’m asking for. It’d help even if I only got the one commission. If you really want it inked in, I can do that as well for an extra $1.50(it will be inked by hand rather than through photoshop and pencil lines will be erased).

((Thank you for 600 followers! I’ve been teetering so close to that for several months so I’m happy to finally see it happen! You’re all wonderful sticking it out with me this long and being patient with me, so have a Dr Day Stars drawing of when she was alive and well. :) ))

((On another note I’m a part of Of Grim and Dark, a tumblr group for grimdark blogs, and plan on working on an update for that within the next few days. I have a background done, hope to work on one more as well as adding the characters and dialogue. So there’s that to look forward to! It won’t be canon to the story here, just an alternate type of storyline. Just for fun. :) ))
